About Us
Founder and General Manager, Everardo Mora spent over a decade working as a Project Manager for Orton Development, Inc. where he worked on some of the San Francisco Bay Area’s most impactful historic rehabilitation and adaptive reuse projects.
Everardo has managed complex multi-source construction budgets exceeding 100M+, pulled hundreds of building permits, and worked with tenants, design professionals, and Building Officials to achieve consensus to execute award winning office, R&D, and arts performance spaces for end users with exacting requirements. Everardo’s expertise includes managing stakeholder relationships and shepherding deliverables for projects subject to public-private development agreements, Federal Historic (HTC) and New Market (NMTC) tax credit program oversight.
Today, Everardo directs the strategic growth of Ladder West’s construction and real estate development divisions. Ladder West currently services tech, industrial, bio/lab and multi-state retail clients. Everardo holds a B.A. from University of California, Berkeley in American Studies with a concentration in Planning, Policy and Minority Communities.
